When you join us, you will choose a Partner who will be your mentor, watching over your personal and professional progress. Your mentor will meet with you regularly to determine which seminars you will attend, discuss future projects, develop articles and studies - and just to see how you are doing.

Your mentor will also work with you to define your annual goals, which are part of our MbO system.

Your daily job will constantly challenge you, bringing out the best in you and promoting your development, both personal and professional.
